Hire Frequencies Main Goals
Hire Frequencies’ investment in the latest equipment drove their marketing team to produce a more aggressive sales plan to justify the ongoing investment.
Upon reviewing their marketing strategy, Click Convert identified new opportunities for Hire Frequencies to reach into larger events, festivals, product launches and conferences that would position them as the “go to” audio visual specialists in London.
It was at this stage that Click Convert were selected to lead Hire Frequencies digital marketing campaign to help drive new business enquiries and increase brand awareness.
After reviewing the existing PPC activities, it became clear that Hire Frequencies needed to consider their digital clients journey from awareness, evaluation to conversion.
Their existing campaign had generated results but lacked scalability.
There was a confusion within the accounts structure and as a result it was established at this point that it was necessary to re-build the account to include a structure focusing on keywords, search terms and geo-targeting whilst maintaining existing lead generation and costs during the transition to the new campaigns.
Achieving the Mission
The second stage, evaluation and consideration, dealt with new lead generation for those who were actively seeking audiovisual events solutions.
These approaches were reinforced by a third stage of continuous brand and re-marketing activities for those who were already aware or had visited the brand but had yet to convert.
In order to effectively address Hire Frequencies full range of services, a new vertical market approach was introduced where campaigns were segmented into tighter geographic targets. On top of these, on page optimisation was introduced in order to deliver users to highly relevant, converting pages.
All traffic was regularly reviewed for quality and volumes and an active negative filtering strategy was implemented along with an ongoing keyword mining exercise.
